A few days ago I had the opportunity to do this House of Refuge Family Photoshoot. This location is beautiful, it is wonderful, and the day was spectacular. House of Refuge is a historic building located at 301 S.E. MacArthur Boulevard, on Hutchinson Island east of Stuart, Florida. It is the oldest surviving building in Martin County. This place is perfect for a family event. The beach, with majestic rocks, during sunrise, gives us breathtaking views and colors.
Daniella arrived with her family very early, at dawn. She, along with her husband and baby, posed naturally in front of the camera. We started next to the rocks and I soon noticed that her baby couldn’t stop smiling. A happy baby, as she said, a marvel. I always say that we can shoot a family session only if the baby lets us. And this is the living example. Next we approach the south beach to end up at the pier that is on the intracoastal. The lights, the colors, the waves against the rocks in contrast with the calm of the intracoastal, all sweetened with Daniella’s family, made this House of Refuge family photoshoot a true delight.
