How a Jupiter corporate event photographer works
Before the event, we go over the schedule, the key people (speakers, sponsors, executives) and the must-have shots. Then, on the day, I work in a discreet, documentary style, so your guests stay natural and the event flows without interruptions. Afterwards, you receive all the edited photos in 2 to 3 days, ready for your website, social media and press.

I’m based in Jupiter and photograph events across Jupiter, Palm Beach, Stuart and Port St. Lucie: hotels, resorts, clubs, offices and outdoor venues. Moreover, when the event requires it, I travel further.

Jupiter Corporate Event Photographer FAQ
How much does a corporate event photographer cost in Jupiter?
My corporate event coverage is $395 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. All the edited high-resolution photos from the event are included, with no per-photo limits. For events outside Jupiter, travel is $1.50 per mile, one way.
What types of corporate events do you photograph?
Conferences and summits, galas and company dinners, product launches and brand events, and team building days and company retreats, in Jupiter, Palm Beach and the surrounding area.
How soon will we receive the photos?
You receive all the edited photos in a private online gallery within 2 to 3 days after the event, ready for your website, social media, newsletters and press.
Do you travel for corporate events?
Yes. I’m based in Jupiter and cover Palm Beach, Stuart and Port St. Lucie, and I travel further when the event requires it. Travel outside Jupiter is $1.50 per mile, one way.
Can we book you for our annual event?
Of course. Several of my corporate clients book me again every year, which also means I already know their team, their venue and the photos they need.
