A few days ago, I had the pleasure of doing these newborn portraits in Singer Island. Kimberly had just arrived home, finally, with her precious baby, and she and her husband welcomed me. I understand that the best place for babies to be in their first days is in their own home, so I arrived there with my camera and my bag of blankets and baskets.
The morning dawned calm, sunny, and with a very pleasant temperature. Upon arrival, her husband opened the door for me and immediately the cat, Mango, came to greet me. So what was going to be newborn portraits in Singer Island with a baby and his parents quickly turned into a shoot of four, where we had to offer a pacifier to one and had to bribe the other with treats.
I rearranged their whole house, looking for the best possible light. We moved the dining table in front of a brick wall and started using the baskets and blankets with little Khloe. It was super easy to take photos of her. She was asleep from the very beginning and we could do whatever we wanted with her. What a sweet baby. Gradually, we started adding family members to the photos. And this was the result of these newborn portraits in Singer Island.
